The Remote Debugger Installation is intended for computers without Visual Studio in order to debug applications executing on these computers. A full installation of Visual Studio 2010 with remote debugging support must be used to connect to these components. If the "Microsoft Visual F# 2.0 Runtime" was installed before "Microsoft .NET Framework 4" was installed, and then "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010" is installed on a system, the setup will appear to succeed, but F# components will not be correctly installed. This will cause possible Package Load Failure errors related to "FSharp.ProjectSystem.dll", during the initial run of the "Choose a profile..." dialog box, and then whenever F# features are used in Visual Studio 2010.
